Please take notice that the following real property will be sold by private sale by Matthew L. Taylor, Partition Referee, pursuant to order of the Los Angeles County Superior Court: Street Address: 12775 Pierce Street., Los Angeles (area of Pacoima), California, 91331;  Assessor’s Parcel Numbers: 2536-002-013 and 2536-002-014; Legal Description: That portion of block 165 of the Maclay Rancho Ex-Mission of San Fernando, in the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per Map recorded in Book 37, page 5, et seq., of Miscellaneous Records in the Office of the county recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Block; thence Northeasterly at right angles to the Northeasterly line of Herrick Street, 60 feet to the true point of beginning; thence Northwesterly at right angles 150 feet, thence Northeasterly at right angles, 50 feet; thence Southeasterly at right angles, 150 feet, thence Southeasterly 50 feet to the true point of beginning.  The above described land is shown as Parcel 165 on a Map recorded in Book 4698, Page 239, Official Records of said County. (Hereinafter the “Subject Property”.) Please take notice that the Subject Property is being sold by private sale by Matthew L. Taylor, as Partition Referee appointed in the matter of Jose Martinez v. Jesus Martinez, Los Angeles County Superior Court case number 19CHCV00348.  The sale is being made pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure section 873.680, et seq.  The property is sold in an “As Is” condition with no warranties or representations.  Offers must be submitted in writing on a California Association of Realtors RPC-CA form contract.  All sales are subject to court confirmation.
